PAYMENTS:
Payments accepted from PayPal only.  No COD orders.  Payments by Credit Cards are processed through PayPal.  LNS Technologies reserves the right to limit quantities on all items.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, LNS Technologies shall have the right, at LNS Technologies' sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

Please note: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules regarding shipping. We can only ship to a confirmed USA street address. If your Paypal confirmed address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.

SHIPPING:
Our shipping fees may include handling charges.  On all shipments, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and most appropriate method of shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LEGAL:
LNS Technologies reserves the right, without further notice, to make changes to and of its products described or referred to herein to improve reliability, function or design.  LNS Technologies does not assume any liability arising out of the application or use of any product or circuit described herein.  The products described herein are not designed, intended or authorized for use as components in systems intended to support or sustain life, nor for any application where the use or failure of the product could create a situation where personal injury or death may occur.  Neither liability nor responsibility is assumed with respect to the use of the information contained herein, nor for any infringements of patents or other rights of third parties which may result from its use.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to acquire any necessary licenses, permits, or permissions applicable to the use or possession of the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
The warranty on the PIM-SHOOTER™ machine covers defects in workmanship or materials only.
For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, LNS Technologies will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the Product.  This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than LNS Technologies.  This warranty is valid only in the United States.

 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.  This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, damage caused by the user or repairs by other than LNS Technologies.

LNS Technologies makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its Products other than those specifically stated in this warranty.

Repair or replacement as provided under warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.  LNS Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on these products.  Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on these products is limited to the duration of the warranty.
